To introduce myself I am Vinukonda Murali mohan a musician,musicologist,composer and a cultural journalist.
Iam a Retd.Officer of Stae Bank of India,a premier Bank of the nation.
As a cultural journalist I have put up more than 25 yrs.experience.
I have successfully maintained INDEPENDENTLY an exclusive full cultural page Viz ~Ranjani"(CENTER SPREAD) in Andhra Bhoomi Vizag edition for almost a decade and Andhra Jyothi namely `KalaJyothi (Center spread) Tirupati edition independently  for three yrs  creating a new record in the history of  cultural journalism .MY ARTICLES ON VARIOUS SUBJECTS LIKE LITERATURE,MUSIC(CLASSICAL AND FILM MUSIC)AND CULTURE RECEIVED OVERWHELMING RESPONSE FROM THE CONNOISSEURS.
I have worked as part time cultural reporter for Andhra Prabha and Indian Express (!983 t0 1988) Andhra Bhoomi and Deccan Chronicle(1988 t0 1996)
Andhra Jyothi(from 1996 to 200),Chennai.
As a singer I can render more than 1000songsclassical,semiclassical and hindi and telugu filmy songs.
As a music composer I have an extraordinary record of composing 111 songs written by samavedam shanmukha Sarma captioned as ``Siva padam'' in 111 ragas without repetition.
Most of these songs were rendered in live concerts at Chennai,Hyderabad Bangalore ,vizag
.and they were instant hits.
Presently I am working on Krishnamayaa Project.
Krishnamayya is the saint composer of 12th -13 century ,happens to be the precursor of all saint composers of India.
I have composed his songs in a simple song format with lilting tunes so that they can be sung even by a layman.
I have conceptualised a new and innovative style of Film and devotional music and I have christened my style as ` Indiamn`Melodic Rock'' .

Born in a family of musicians at Berhampore(Ganjam) a town in Orissa which has a rich cultural and literary back ground..Murali mohan cultivated a good taste for music and literature since his childhood...In pursuit of music he came to Vizianagram where he studied music at Maharaja Music college under the tutelage of Sri.Tirupati Gopala Krishna and Sri.P.V.Seshiah sastry..

Skills summary:

Varied but accomplished talent and back ground in singing,Music composing and also in Cultural journalism.

• Having a melodious voice ,Murali gave many light , semi classical and film music concerts.

• Having close association with many scholars and literary personalities like

SriSri,Arudra,Chaso,Ravisastry,Ajanta, Uppala Lakshmana rao,Avasarala Ramakrishna rao etc and cultural and literary organizations like Virasam,Vikasam(Berhampore),Visakha sahiti etc. cultivated a good taste for literature and culture.

• He composed music for`` Sivapadam’’ of Samavedam Shanmukha Sarma.He composed 111 verses of Sivapadam in 111 ragas without repetition. He composed in both karnatak and Hindusthani raga-s some of which are rere raragas likeLavangi,Deepak,Sankara,Gara,saavitri etc.Sivapadam was presented as a music show at Madras Music Academy which received an over whelming response from the laity as well as layman.Many of these compostions were recorded in the voice of S.P Balasubrahmanyam,S.P.Sailaja and vijay yesudasand others

He also set music fort he compositions of Jayadeva,,Narayana Teertha, Sadasiva Brahmendra.Ranmadas,Surdas,Tulasi das,Meera bai .

His live music shows Sivapadam,Tyagaraja atma darsanam,Krishnam vande jagadgurum presented at Madras Music Academy,Kala bharati ,Visakhapatnam,Ravibndra Bharati,Hyderabad were instant hits..

At present he is working on a project i.e bringing in to light the compositions  of The 12^th-13^th century saint composer Sri.kanta Krishnamacharyulu popularly known as krishnamaacharyuu.He has started aproject namely Krishnamayya project

Murali mohan worked with the famous film director K.Viswanath as Music Director for his film `Swarabhishekam’,which bagged National award for Music.

Murali mohan `s mission is to propagate Hindu vedic culture  and the life,works and the spiritual message of the Ist saint composer and the father of south Indian music Sri.Kanta Krishnamacharyulu  and saint Tyagaraja through out the world .
